We ate at this sushi restaurant in the lovely, out of the way village of Seydisfjordur last week. The sushi was great, made from the daily local catch of North Atlantic fish you don't often see in American sushi places. K-bar, the popular Korean restaurant in Reykjavik, was closed for renovations, so we were disappointed because we love Korean food and needed a fix. Luckily, Noro Austur serves a decent kimchi, albeit a bit peppery and not garlicky enough for our tastes. All in all, though, a wonderful dining experience was had, and the serving staff was super friendly.
