I've been eating Philly cheesesteaks for over a half-century, and have my favorites, but I tried SpOt's yesterday, and I think it is #1, even better than those at John's Roast Pork and Jim's. SpOt is famous for hamburgers (see the review on Cyber Plaque of its food truck on the Drexel Campus), and after Craig LaBan, the legendary Philadelphia Inquirer food critic, explained how SpOt makes their cheesesteaks, at http://www.philly.com/philly/food/20160616_Good_Taste_Spot_Burger.html, we had to try them. The attention to detail is incredible. Even the jalapeno peppers, should you choose them, are roasted for a nice touch. My son had the Sloppy Joe sandwich, and declared it a winner.
