This shopping center started with a Sears as an anchor in 1956, and was the place to shop in the area until the early 80s when Sears moved to King of Prussia. From 1984 to 2000 it had a Ports of the World as the anchor. That building is now USM (US Maintenance) Services. There were big plans for a film studio here, but that development ran into problems. The site was sold at sheriff's auction on 10/30/13 for $8,000. There is quite a bit about the locations tortured history on the Web.
