Gorgeous Art Deco Castle in Callowhill Neighborhood

This gorgeous art deco castle was originally the Lasher printing plant (1927), according to Inga Saffron's article in the Philadelphia Inquirer, 1/7/18, at p. H11. It's on a few sites on the Web, for ex., http://philaphilia.blogspot.com/2012/01/old-ass-building-of-week-january-9th.html. It looks like it could use a little sprucing up.
