This eatery sits amidst the scrap metal places on Willets Point. It is a tough area, but it is in danger of being vacated to be developed via eminent domain. Master Express had a rooster in it, but the health department fined the owner so the rooster now lives out back. There is a great story from which I got this information in the New York Times, 11/24/13, Metropolitan pp. 1, 6. I see on the Web that Master Express has a pretty good Columbian dish.
