Last U.S. maker of wooden clothes pins was here - Penley Mill

Wooden clothes pins were manufactured here from 1923 to 2002, and it was the last maker in the U.S. and the largest employer in West Paris when it closed in 2002. It was being renovated to be a warehouse for the adjacent AAH Fireworks (52 Penley Ave.) when it burned down on 1/29/13.
