Billy Synth (aka Bill Stump) is an underground psychedelic rock music legend. He had put out the Psychedelic Unknowns series (something like an obscure Nuggets or Pebbles series). He has also had some bands of his own, and Googling finds a bit on him. In the early 80s, this row house was given as his location and the location for his record company, Tragik, on the Disorderly Conduct LP by Billy Synth and the Turn Ups.
