When these were the Flamingo Apartments, Dave Brubeck, Charlie Parker and Arthur Prysock had lived here. I saw this in an interview with legendary radio jazz deejay Bob Perkins, in the Philadelphia Inquirer, 10/16/16 at p. H3. Mr. Perkins said he had lived here, but later learned of the more famous residents.
