Chris Schwartz, Joe Nicolo and Phil Nocolo had the legendary Studio 4 throughout this building. Nowadays, Phil runs a recording studio in the basement below the American Pub, which is on the first floor. Twins Joe and Phil were known as The Butcher Brothers, because they were tape cutters and also their father worked in a butcher shop for decades that had coincidentally been across the street from this building.
