Wong Kim Ark was the plaintiff in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, the famous birthright citizenship case. The Philadelphia Inquirer, 11/11/18 at p. A2, says he was born at 751 Sacramento St. The closest I can find is the Nam Ku School at 755 Sacramento St., which I figure must be on the site where he was born.
