I stopped into this store, having heard it mentioned on the John's Dollar Bin segment on WXPN. It is a great record store, with tons of new releases and nice used records at decent prices. It was an interesting experience for me, because in the late seventies (can't find the exact date, but maybe it coincided with the Oct. 10, 1977, appearance of the Dead Boys at the Hot Club in Philadelphia), I went downtown (now called Center City) to the Platters record store on Chestnut Street because the Dead Boys were making an in-store appearance to greet fans. https://www.roadsidehistoricalmarkers.com/location/item/11116-platters-ltd-record-store-was-here-dead-boys-appeared/trendy_address=dead%20boys?rid=113. And on March 29, 2019, as I was browsing in Sit and Spin, the We Have Come for Your Children LP by the Dead Boys was blaring. Good rock and roll is timeless.
