Serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer had lived here, where he committed his first murder in June 1978. The house is for sale. The realtor, Rich Lubinski, has an interesting insight in that he says the house never killed anyone, it's just a nice house. The current owner is Chris Butler, guitarist and songwriter of the band, The Waitresses, who had hits with I Know What Boys Like and Christmas Wrapping. I checked it out on line and it is a very nice house, albeit one with a negative history.
