A Blue Comet Observation Car Part of Diner

The Biela, an observation car from the legendary train, the Blue Comet, survives as a dining room annex for this diner. See the wonderful story by Jan Hefler in today's Philadelphia Inquirer, on p. B11. From what I can tell from Wikipedia, the Biela was on duty during the Blue Comet's fabled derailment on 8/19/39.
