The very first Eric Movie Theater was here, according to Michael Klein's Table Talk column in today's Philadelphia Inquirer at F5. The article says that the large space was last a Buca di Beppo and before that, Vinny T's of Boston, but will become a Pietro's Coal-Oven Pizzeria and Estia Taverna, both owned by Nick Pashalis.
