This building was completed by architect Willis G. Hale in 1887. It is famous for being both gorgeous and grotesque, as it was designed with many motifs all at once. It once housed, upstairs, the Bellevue Health Spa, noted for open sexual behavior. A developer has a plan for renovating the building.
