A drug store was in the front room of this end unit rowhouse in the 1930s. My mom grew up next door. She remembers when it was converted to a residence only. But if you look at it, it still has a commercial look in the front. ... This was in the day when every block in Philly had a taproom, grocery or drug store on the corner.
