Brandon McManus grew up here. He is the star placekicker in the NFL's Denver Broncos. He was a star at the local North Penn High School, and has continued to be a hero to the kids of the North Penn School District. He kicked three field goals in the Broncos' win over the Panthers in Super Bowl 50 on Feb. 7, 2016. He was also a star on the Temple University Owls.
