Lansdale Office Supply, a family run store, was here for many years, closing in 2000. I read about it in the 6/6/13 Philadelphia Inquirer, at p. B9, in the obituary for Sarah Lizell. The article said that Mrs. Lizell and her husband Russell ran the store until the big-box stores provided too much competition. At the time of her death she had been married to Russell for 67 years. It is evident from the story that she was a wonderful woman. Her son owns Lizell Office Furniture at 101 Cowpath Road in Montgomeryville, PA.
