According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, 10/7/12, at A1, A2, For the lavish corporate training center run by Oldmans character, [location manager David] Thornsberry and his team used the Arbor Hill estate in Whitemarsh Township, designed by Rafael Vinoly and up for sale by its owner, Dennis Alter, former chief executive of Advanta.
