Janis Joplin eyed 19-year-old Bruce Springsteen here and spoke to him briefly, as she found him sexy and desired a rendezvous with him, on 8/23/69. She went looking for him after her show, and sent a handler looking for him, but Bruce did not want any parts of it and took off through a fire door. Comments : I found Bang a Gong covered by Blondie here on 7/7/79 at www.youtube.com/watch?v=ID0AzfA8ehw. Then I found a whole Blondie concert on youtube for that date, marked early show. I think Bang a Gong must be from the late show, because Debbie Harry has a slightly different outfit on. Quality is not great but passable.
