Emma Witmer has the best quilts at reasonable prices in Lancaster County, PA, the home of the PA Dutch. They are far better than the ones in the tourist trap shops in the area. Emma has some of the areas best quilters working for her, and she does a lot of the work herself, and she is masterful.
