Damon Grimes, 15, was being chased by police while riding an ATV on 8/28/17, was tased by the police, crashed here (on Rossini just before Gratiot) and soon after died from his injuries. A state trooper has been charged with murder. I won't comment on this sad incident, but rather, will let the case proceed in the criminal justice system.
