This building had been a lumber warehouse, a dance hall, and then the late boxing great Joe Frazier's Cloverlay Gym. It now has a furniture store on the first floor and nothing on the upper floors, and its existence is in danger. Preservationists are working hard to save this historical treasure, with its important link to boxing and Joe Frazier, who was a Philadelphia institution.
