This is a lovely organic farm and farm market. Their scrapple (the Pennsylvania Dutch pork loaf) is excellent. Like other organic meat products, it may take some getting used to, as it has a more subtle flavor than I think most Americans are used to. It is lean: in contrast with most scrapple, you are not left with a feeling that you just ate something bad for you.
